		<description>Paul,
I read about you in the newspaper today. A couple of my friends actually
ran in the World book of Guniess. The reason Im contacting I ran my first
marathon on Dec. 19th, 2010 (Jax Bank) - chip time 5:23:21. Not impressisve
but I finished. My knee went out on me several times during the run around
mile 11. I continue running hit mile 22 and my knee was pretty difficult to
move. My insurance will not pay for a MRI. They requested I have an x-ray,
and that I need therapy for 6 to 8 weeks. Do you help runners recover from
injuries. I tried running yesterday. I had a goal to run the Donna in Feb.
I started running last Jan. and I been running with the Galloway Marathon
Training Group since August. Any suggestion?

		<description>Hi Kristen,

Thanks for reaching out to me. I think you would love the groups and wuld suggest you either emailing me at paul@personalrunningsolutions.com or try giving me a call at (904) 316-8122, so we can discuss options and the plan to get you ready for the marathon. You are right in the sense that mush of your training is going to fall right in the summer, but to counteract this somewhat we could start earlier to offset some of this. Anyway, I would love to talk to you more about this so feel free to contact me,

<description>Hi there! Lauren Funderburk suggested you to me. I am an intermediate runner. However I have a problem with motivation. I&#039;ll run religiously for a few months then not run at all for another few. I&#039;m on and off all the time. Ive completed 4 half marathons, one marathon, i believe 4 river runs, and a bunch of 5, 6, and 10Ks. I am doing the Maui Marathon in Sept 2010. I really want to be 110% trained for this bc while I am in Maui it will also be my vacation. I want to be able to finish the race and not be sore so that I can enjoy some hiking and surfing and other leisure activities during the reminder of my trip. I know I won&#039;t need to officially train until it gets closer. Would you be able to work with me on this? If so could you give me more information on your training program and prices. I know training during the summer is going to be horrible. I prefer cooler weather for running. But I have to do it. I know I can.
